Carsyn is a 22 year old African-American Autistic woman whose Autistic Passion has always been basketball.

After facing an extreme lack of education and understanding within the school system, as well as discriminatory experiences with coaches and teammates in athletics, Carsyn seeks to make the world of sports safer and more connected for Neurodivergent People and…everyone.

She shares her story, voice, and experience, to raise awareness around neurodivergence, and is a leading voice for inclusion in sports!

“Sports need to bring people from diverse backgrounds together, encourage interaction.

Involvement in sports needs to affirm marginalized groups, supplying us with feelings of belonging, confidence, and attainment.”
